Effect of generalized unspecifical immunoreaction on thefertility of male rat II. The changes of hormone secretions

1998
おn this experiment, we used the male SD rats as the object to observe what would happen about the hormone secretions of testis and pituitary under the condition of generalized, unspecifical immunoreaction, which was induced by intravascular injection of carbon particles. In the experiment group, after the rats had received injection of carbon particules, once a day, for ten days, the levels of testosterone and FSH in serum (0.896±0.358ng/dl,n=5; 3.362±0.926mIU/ml, n=9) declined markedly to compare with these in the control (2.656±0.993ng/dl, n=7,P0.01; 4.894±1.236mIU/ml, n=10. P0.005). The LH secretions in both groups showed the difference unsignificantly (3.676±1.350mIU/ml, n=9, 4.627±2.539mIU/ml, n=10, P0.05). In the testes of experiment group, the numbers of the cells with ACP positive reaction in interstitial tissues were increased obviously, but the β hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase reaction was not showed. The author believes that the effect on the pituitary and testis, by taking the generalized unspecifical immunoreaction, can make harmful influences on the fertility of male rat.
