When in use, the roller-type centralizer can be sleeved on a well repair pipe string; when in well repair operation, the roller is in contact with the inner wall of an oil-string casing to form a fulcrum, so that the well repair pipe string is not in contact with the oil-string casing, the sliding friction between the well repair pipe string and the oil-string casing is changed into the rolling friction between the oil-string casing and the roller, the resistance loss is reduced, the rotating torque transmission effect of the well repair pipe string is improved, and the oil-string casing is protected. The centralizer has obvious effect in the movable releasing and well repair construction operation.
