Intelligent panorama camera, circuit and method for controlling thereof, and video monitoring system

PURPOSE: An intelligent panorama camera, a circuit and a method for controlling the same, and a video monitoring system are provided to easily install a panorama camera in an existing analog surveillance system by controlling a fan/tilt/zoom of a slave camera directly in a master camera. CONSTITUTION: A motion detection unit(106) detects the motion from a photographed wide area image from a monitored wide area, and a command control unit(114) generates an intensive surveillance direction command signal corresponding to a division area among intensive surveillance direction command signals. The plural intensive surveillance direction command signals are mapped to plural division areas divided from the monitored area. The motion is detected through the motion detection unit in the division areas, and a communication unit(118) transfers the intensive surveillance direction command signal to an intensive surveillance camera(12).
