The invention relates to a low-vibration leaf blowing and sucking machine with a safety gate with a logarithmic spiral of which pressure angles are equal everywhere. The low-vibration leaf blowing and sucking machine is additionally provided with the safety gate for safety protection, so that a requirement regulated by a new safety regulation that straight rods of which the diameters are greater than or equal to 8 millimeters cannot detect a fan in the blowing and sucking machine in the direction of a dust outlet, near a dust collecting bag, of an upper casing is met; the safety gate (50) consists of a rotating shaft (50a), a stirring surface (50b), a ventilation layer (50c) and noise reducing beehive wedges (50d), and a safety gate control strip (49) is arranged on the dust collecting bag bracket (35), wherein the stirring surface (50b) of the safety gate (50) is a surface with the logarithmic spiral of which the pressure angles are equal everywhere, and the safety gate control strip (49) consists of a control strip sharp (49c), a control strip curved surface (49a), and a control strip slant wedge (49b). According to the low-vibration leaf blowing and sucking machine disclosed by the invention, when the safety gate (50) is maintained in an original state to be closed for safety protection, and when the safety gate works, a farraginous disorderly eddy current of a main blowing and sucking air current is exhausted passing by the noise reducing beehive wedges (50d) and the ventilation layer (50c) of the opened safe gate (50), so that the effect of noise reduction is achieved.
