A Hydrogen Fluoride Analyzer Using Pulsed Integrative Spectroscopy
1987
Pulsed integrative spectroscopy is introduced as an attractive scheme for data processing in tunable diode laser gas analyzers. A compact spectrometer with a 1.3 µm GaInAsP diode laser for hydrogen fluoride analysis is described and its performances illustrate the virtues of this kind of spectroscopy.
