The invention generally relates to a layered complex used for producing electric induction heating elements, and especially relates to a layered complex, a packaging assembly, a device production method, a device and a use of the device. The above first layered complex comprises: a first carrier layer with the thickness being smaller than about 2mm; a first isolation layer which is soluble in water or is a melt at about 40 - about 80 DEG C; and a first film including about 50- about 95 wt% of a silver compound, wherein the content of elemental silver in the first film on the weight of a silver atom and the total weight of the film is not greater than about 1 wt%, and the first isolation layer is between the first carrier layer and the first film.
