Fixture fixing steel rail damping plate

2008
A damping plate for a stationary type rail using a clamp comprises damping plates stuck to the upper surface at the bottom of the rail and on the wed of the rail; a limiting plate is fixed on the outer lateral wall of each damping plate, so that composite damping plates are formed; the two composite damping plates are clamped and fixed by elastic clamps; jaws at the upper ends of the elastic clamps are propped against the outer sides of the composite damping plates; two lower ends of clamp handles symmetrically extend to the lower part of the rail; a compression spring is clamped between the two clamp handles; a bolt transversally passes through the two clamp handles and the compression spring, and the end part thereof is fastened by a nut. The utility model mainly adopts the comprehensive connection technology through relying mainly on the dedicated clamp while taking the bonding technology as the subsidiary to fix the rail damping plate and the rail, thereby greatly improving the installation efficiency and conveniently being replaced and maintained, effectively ensuring that the sticking strength and the fatigue life of the composite damping plates, and simultaneously avoiding the bridge connection of the rail and the limiting plate, and ensuring the vibration damping and noise reducing effect.
