The present invention discloses an inspection robot control system comprising: a photosensor for detecting the position of the obstacle, the drive wheel mechanisms are provided on the holding means has a photosensor; a main controller for the drive wheel mechanism when the photo sensor detects an obstacle, the control means and the drive wheel to the drive wheel mechanism corresponding to the pinch roller mechanism to open and disengage the line, when crossing an obstacle, the control means and the drive wheel to the drive wheel mechanism corresponding to the pinch roller and closing mechanism pinch line; when the obstacle is detected on a photosensor clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism is opened and out of the control line, when crossing an obstacle, controlling the clamping means is closed and gripping the line. The present invention detects an obstacle position photosensor, so that timely inspection robot avoid obstacles, avoid the inspection robot collides with an obstacle, so that the inspection robot or damaged by falling on line problems.
