High-wear-resisting high-manganese steel and preparation method thereof

2012
The invention discloses high-wear-resisting high-manganese steel and a preparation method thereof. The high-wear-resisting high-manganese steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6.0-14.0% of Mn, 1.00-1.25% of C, 0.45-0.60% of Si, less than or equal to 0.03% of S, 1.8-2.2% of Cr, 0-2.0% of Ti, 0-1.0% of Mo and 80.0-90.0% of Fe. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: A. smelting, namely, adding Mn, C, Si, P, S, Cr, Ti, Mo and Fe to a furnace, and smelting; B. modification treatment, namely, carrying out modification treatment on smelting liquid in the step A by adopting a modifier; C. molding by casting: namely, adding the smelting liquid in the step B to a casting mold and molding to obtain a primary product; D. thermal treatment: namely, carrying out water toughening treatment on the primary product in the step C, and then carrying out aging treatment at 250-800 DEG C. The invention aims at providing the preparation method of the high-manganese steel with high toughness, high strength, high wear resistance and long service life.
