The sealing structure comprises an inner sealing segment and an outer sealing segment, a segment in the outer sealing segment and the inner sealing segment are formed by being synchronously filled with cement, the diameter of the outer sealing segment is bigger than the inner sealing segment, and an upper bus of the outer sealing segment is higher than an upper bus of the inner sealing segment.
