Effect of osmium doping on the photoconductivity of a silver bromide emulsion

The influence of doping a AgBr emulsion with OsCl62- on the transient photoconductivity at 77K is investigated. The addition of OsCl62- as a dopant in AgBr emulsion grains introduces an electron trap and, simultaneously, enhances recombination.
