Five strains of pathogenic fungi that cause wilt diseases in ten principal crops from seven counties in Shanxi. China were studied systematically by comparing morphological characteristics after indoor culturing. Among them five strains were identified to species, and five strains were identified to belong in F. oxysporum Schle. The five pathogenic strains from the crops were: wilt of peper and sweet peper (F. oxysprum) tomato Fusarium wilt (F. oxysporum), sesame Fusarium wilt (F. oxysporum), cucumcs melom Fusarium wilt (F. oxysporum)
