The method comprises the following steps: reading thunder monitoring data corresponding to a selected zone position range and a preset time segment, performing space-time cluster analysis aiming at the thunder monitoring data, adding the thunder monitoring data of which the time distance is within a first time threshold value and the longitude-latitude distance is within a longitude-latitude threshold value into the same space-time thunder cluster, and displaying thunder events corresponding to the thunder monitoring data in each space-time thunder cluster of which the number of the thunder monitoring data is greater than a first preset data threshold value on a map. The thunder events corresponding to the thunder monitoring data in the same space-time thunder cluster are positioned in the same space-time range, only the thunder events in each space-time thunder cluster of which the number of the thunder monitoring data is greater than the first preset data threshold value are displayed, the scattered thunders are not displayed and the displayed events are in core zones with multiple thunderbolts, so the activity tendency law and the high-frequency generation zone of the thunder can be analyzed more effectively.
