Sister Chromatid Exchange

Sister chromatid exchanges (SCEs) methodology is widely used as an efficient and sensitive method to evaluate genotoxicity. This article briefly discusses SCE methodology, its significance in mutagen and/or carcinogen screening and in environmental mutagenicity testing, and its present and potential applications.
