The utility model relates to a surgical instrument, in particular to a stitching instrument for a puncture of a laparoscope, which is provided with a cylindrical positioning rod (1), wherein the lower end of the cylindrical positioning rod (1) is finger-shaped and both sides of the upper end thereof extend outward to from symmetrical horizontal lugs (2), respectively. The two horizontal lugs (2) and the positioning rod (1) form a T-shaped structure. Each horizontal lug (2) is provided with a pinhole (4). The connecting line in the centre of the pinholes (4) is intersected vertically with the axe of the positioning rod (1). The stitching instrument can be used with common puncture needles for stitching the wound of laparoscopy.
