The invention relates to a method for preparing a concrete tubular pile. The method for preparing the high-strength high-performance concrete tubular pile is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) preparing high-strength high-performance concrete: mixing and stirring 340 to 500 kg/m of silicate cement, 25 to 110 kg/m of mineral powder, 30 to 90 kg/m of metakaolin, 6 to 13 kg/m of water reducing agent, 550 to 800 kg/m of sand, 1,200 to 1,400 kg/m of gravel and 110 to 140 kg/m of water to obtain the high-strength high-performance concrete; 2) manufacturing a reinforcement cage with a pile head, and then putting the reinforcement cage with the pile head into a die; 3) distributing; 4) performing longitudinal tensioning; 5) putting the tensioned die with the pile on a centrifugal machine, and performing centrifugal molding; 6) curing; and 7) stripping: stripping after curing, and naturally placing to obtain the high-strength high-performance concrete tubular pile. The method has the characteristic of energy conservation.
