A New Evaluation of Electricity Retail Company Supply Service Quality Based on TOPSIS and BPNN

Since the electricity sales side was released, electricity retail companies emerged in large numbers and competed with each other, and electricity customers faced diverse power supply options. High-quality power supply service is the basis for electricity retail companies to develop markets and win competition, and is also a key factor for customers to exercise their right to choose independently. This paper first analyzes the concept types of power sales companies and the connotation of power supply services, builds a power supply service quality evaluation system for power retail companies under the new power reform, then implements adaptive evaluation of lower-level evaluation systems based on BPNN, and implements comprehensive evaluation of power supply service quality based on TOPSIS The example analysis proves that the system and method have certain effectiveness, and puts forward some suggestions for the power supply service and long-term development of the electricity retail company.
