Process for producing cellulose ester anti-fogging film and anti-fogging film using the same

2008
A process for producing super hydrophilic cellulose ester anti-fogging film is provided to prepare an anti-fogging film having hydrophilic property and water-absorption and showing high resilience in the persistence of an anti-fogging effect, recovering effect and durability. A process for producing super hydrophilic cellulose ester anti-fogging film comprises a step for dipping a cellulose ester film in the alkali aqueous solution(20); and a step for water-treating the dipped film by using the alkali water solution mixed with distilled water which is distilled with sodium acetate or potassium acetate 1-3 times and drying the water-treated film at 60~100°C. The cellulose ester film is a cellulose triacetate film, cellulose diacrylate film, cellulose acetate propionate film or cellulose acetate butylate film.
