Establishment of the evaluation system of commercial streets

In view of the rash constructing of more and more commercial streets,the necessity of establishing the evaluation system of commercial streets is discussed. Related evaluation methods are introduced,and the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) is adopted to set up the evaluation system. It is considered that the commercial street system is made up of seven subsystems. Based on the seven subsystems,seven factors are used to establish a comparatively integrated evaluation system,and the weight of each factor is calculated. The presented evaluation system is useful for the evaluation and construction of commercial streets in China.
