The article is focused on the selection of a methodology for evaluation of the factors that determine the value of the corporation with potential performance enhancement. The authors suggest a classification of the key indicators for the value based financial management. The authors formulate the methodological provisions of application the target indicators and their integration into the corporate financial management system.
