Steel and wood combination box girder based on corrugated steel webs

2012
The utility model discloses a steel and wood combination box girder based on corrugated steel webs. The steel and wood combination box girder based on the corrugated steel webs comprises a wood top board, a wood bottom board located under the wood top board, and two steel webs arranged between the wood top board and the wood bottom board. The longitudinal lengths of the wood top board and the wood bottom board are both consistent with the span of the box girder in construction, and the widths of the wood top board and the wood bottom board are both consistent with the width of the box girder in construction in the transverse direction of a bridge. The wood top board and the wood bottom board are both overlaid wood boards. Each overlaid wood board is formed by a plurality of long-strip-shaped wood boards in a side-by-side splicing mode, wherein the plurality of long-strip-shaped wood boards are fastened and connected into a whole through a plurality of prestressed steel cables which are arranged on the same plane in the transverse direction of the bridge, and the plurality of long-strip-shaped wood boards are all arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bridge. The two steel webs are both corrugated steel plates. The steel and wood combination box girder based on the corrugated steel webs is reasonable in structural design, convenient to transport and install, short in construction cycle, little in weather effect, good in using effect and capable of solving various problems in an existing corrugated steel web and prestressed concrete combination box girder.
