Convergence, stability and truncation error estimation of a method for the numerical integration of the initial value problemY″=F(X, Y)

In this paper a detailed study of the convergence and stability of a numerical method for the differential problem $$\left\{ \begin{gathered} y'' = f(x,y) \hfill \\ y(x_0 ) = y_0 \hfill \\ y'(x_0 ) = y_0 ^\prime \hfill \\ \end{gathered} \right.$$ has carried out and its truncation error estimated.
