Research on the Satisfaction of College Students' Payment Online Education Based on IPA and KANO Model

This study combines qualitative analysis with quantitative model. 44 college students were selected as interviewees. The qualitative analysis was carried out by NVivo. The main influencing factors of online payment education behavior of five users were extracted and questionnaires were sent out. Using 242 valid questionnaires collected, combined with Kano model and IPA analysis, the influencing factors model of satisfaction is constructed, and the user needs are prioritized and relevant suggestions are given. The results show that curriculum system, communication, interaction, and teachers are indispensable quality elements, one-dimensional quality elements and charm quality elements to enhance user satisfaction, respectively, while the performance of the system is indifferent quality elements.
