Comparison and Analysis of Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome Models in Four Species of Mice

Objective:To compare and evaluate the common mice models of asthenia syndrome,and test the reliability and applicability of mice workstation on four diagnostic.Methods:We chose four kinds of mice to reconstructed two deficiency(Qi,blood)syndrome models.The mice'weight,degree of drinking water and eating food,temperature of maxillas,r index(which reflected the color of claws and tails by DC),volitional movement were measured to appraise and compare this two deficiency syndrome models.Results:To the four kind's mice,the same intervene,the same diagnostic manifestation,though slight degree still exists.Conclusion:The mice workstation on four diagnostic methods deserve to reliable,and suitable to the familiar species.
