La gobernabilidad para la participación en las mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado

This paper aims to establish the relationship between governance and the effectiveness of decisions regarding the participation of women victims of armed conflict, for this, it is essential to establish the way in which the Colombian State has structured its government position in the face of conflict armed, framed in the current state of the regulations that favor the Victims, and the measures adopted to defend the rights of women, especially those associated with participation. In the same sense, the text addresses the questioning of the effectiveness of participation in the midst of an incessant armed conflict, and that has ended the lives of a large number of social leaders. The war has left countless victims, including thousands of women who have suffered the ravages of facing new territories without their partners or their children, in hostile environments that have taken away the possibility of continuing, participating and being an important member , agent of change for society
