The present invention provides a wireless sensor network based on crop protection UAV spraying method of operation, laying a plurality of wireless sensor nodes within the working area to collect real-time feedback and spraying concentration, spray UAV according to the concentration of state track angle adjustment, if the difference between the spraying concentration higher than the set threshold, change the original track angle, so that the UAV toward lower concentrations spraying direction of flight, in order to achieve the purpose of the operation area sprayed uniformly. The present invention improves the working environment under agricultural UAV autonomous operational capability to solve the problem of uneven spraying UAV operations since the wind direction and other factors to ensure that the operation and effect of crop yield UAVs.
