A thermosetting resin composition

The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition, said resin composition from the composition and a solvent composition; said composition comprising the following components in parts by weight: non-halogen epoxy resin: 20 parts to 100; nitrile-based resin: 10 to 30 parts; allyl-modified bismaleimide prepolymer: 20 parts to 100; curing agent: 20 to 100 parts; filler: from 10 to 100 parts; wherein the composition is dissolved in a solvent, and the composition of the total weight weight percentage of between 65 ~ 75wt%. The present invention achieves toughness, machinability and showed excellent water-absorbing UL-V0 grade green thermosetting resin composition.
