高能高速等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层的显微组织与性能

In this paper, nano-Al2O3-13wt% TiO2 coating was prepared by High velocity plasma spraying method. The phase constitution and cross-section microstructure of the coatings were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Micro-hardness and bonding strength of the coatings were also measured. The results show that: the coating hasa unique with Vickers micro-hardness of 1134HV0.1 and bonding strength more than 64 MPa.
