The present invention discloses a method for synthesizing high silica-alumina ratio molecular sieves and silicoaluminophosphate of the CHA structure, mainly to solve the structure CHA silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves low silica to alumina ratio, for MTO poor reactivity, faster coking rate problem, the present invention is achieved by a higher silica to alumina ratio CHA silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve structure, characterized in that the silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve of CHA structure of silicon to aluminum atomic ratio in the range of 10 to 25 aspect, solves the problem, available industrial production of MTO.
