La trata de personas en el contexto universitario

Human trafficking is a crime that few know about and that finds its ignorance and wrong perceptions an important factor in its development. The main objective of the research on human trafficking in the university context is to establish how much the students of the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga know about the crime of human trafficking as well as risk factors to which they may have been exposed. This is an important advance to contribute to the prevention of this crime that every day claims more victims and that violates human rights. Surveys determine that the students of the different careers of the University have great gaps about crime and it is established that despite the multiple campaigns to prevent this scourge, there is still a great victimization of women with respect to human trafficking.
