Determinación de acetaldehído en aguas mineral natural y carbonatada

One problem linked to the use of Polyethylene terephtalate PET in production of bottles for mineral waters is the migration of acetaldehyde from container into the product. In this work was determined the amount of acetaldehyde wich migrates from PET bottles into mineral waters using a spectrophotometric method. The toxicity of this compound is being analize but it can be a sensorial problem.
