Three-phase mixed refrigeration natural-gas liquefying device

2009
The utility model relates to a three-phase mixed refrigeration natural-gas liquefying device, belonging to the natural-gas liquefying technical field and solving the problem existing in other technologies. A natural-gas flow controller is arranged on a natural-gas normal-temperature pipe line of a refrigerant heat exchanger; a heavy hydrocarbon delivery flask is arranged on a natural-gas low-temperature pipe line of the refrigerant heat exchanger; the down stream of a gas-phase pipe line of a delivery flask of an inlet of a refrigerant compressor is connected with the refrigerant compressor; a gas-phase pipe line of a delivery flask of a first-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor is connected with a second-grade inlet of the refrigerant compressor; a liquid-phase pipe line of the delivery flask of the first-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor is connected with a medium-pressure normal-temperature liquid-phase refrigerant port of the refrigerant heat exchanger; a liquid level controller of the delivery flask of the first-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor is arranged on the delivery flask of the first-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor; a gas-phase pipe line of a delivery flask of a second-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor is connected with a high-pressure normal-temperature gas-phase refrigerant port of the refrigerant heat exchanger; and a high-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant flow controller is arranged on a liquid-phase pipe line of the delivery flask of the second-grade outlet of the refrigerant compressor.
