Device and method for replacing croisures

The invention discloses a device and a method for replacing croisures. A motor is adopted to drive a driving disc to rotate at high speed through a rotating rod, and to drive a silk guide ring fixed at one end of a rocking rod to swing through the effects of a connecting rod and the rocking rod. Strand silk enters a lower silk guide hook through a filament collection device, then clings to a quasi-twisting disk penetrates through the silk guide ring fixed at one end of the rocking rod in a way clinging to a similar entwisting disc, performs reciprocating sector movement with the silk guide ring, and accomplishes the effect similar to the effects of the croisures, so that manual sheath entwisting operation and croisures are canceled during the reeling process, reeling without the croisures is realized, and the labor productivity and the raw silk quality are improved.
