Synthesis of Hydrosilyl-substituted Cyclic Siloxane: New Building Block for Materials

Facile synthesis of cyclotrisiloxane bearing octyl and hydrosilyl moiety was accomplished by the disilazane capping reaction. The synthetic method and spectroscopic data of the product are described.
