Technical Field The present invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to a continuous casting nozzle segments operating state determination system and determination method for determining system comprising: a wireless temperature node, the wireless sensor gateways and the host computer. Temperature wireless node disposed in the vicinity of the nozzle segment casting, continuous casting segment for acquiring temperature information of the same row of all of the nozzles instant. Temperature wireless sensor node receiving wireless instant temperature information acquired, and transmits the temperature information to the upper machine instant received. Comparing each instant PC nozzle temperature information, it is determined whether there is a nozzle clogging. Casting nozzle segment operating state determination system of the present invention provides, manual operation can be avoided, saving a lot of manpower and resources to improve the accuracy of test results; while also improving the efficiency of detection of clogging of the nozzle.
