The invention discloses a mouse monoclonal antibody capable of antagonizing and inhibiting bonding of programmed death-1 receptor (PD-1) and a ligand thereof and amino acid sequences of a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region of the monoclonal antibody. The invention also discloses DNA molecule nucleotide sequences for encoding the heavy chain variable region and the light chain variable region of the antibody.
