P-035 The role of decremential behavior of interatrial conduction time in patients with paroxistic atrial fibrillation

Background: Reentering wavelets may initiate atria1 fibrillation (AF) if the intera AF was easily and reproducibly inducible with significant increase in iaCT at PAS in 11 pts of pAF group; in this subgroup DI was 106&11%, while DI was signiiicantly smaller in the rest of the pAF pts (63X DI may be consider as a new index for inducibility of AF in EPS.
