EFFECTS OF CORTEX LYCII GRANULES CO. ON SERUM GLUCOSE, LIPID AND IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION

Objective To explore the effects of Cortex Lycii Granules Co. on serum glucose, lipid and immunologic function in mice.\ Methods\ Normal and alloxan induced mice were used. Effects of the drug on the 2 groups were compared and analyzed statistically.\ Results\ Cortex Lycii Granules Co. markedly decreased serum glucose in both the normal and alloxan induced mice, serum lipid in normal mice.\ Conclusion\ Cortex Lycii Granules Co. may have a therapeutic action on diabetes.
