An Infrared Dim Small Target Detection Algorithm Based on Adaptive Lateral Inhibition and SVD

This paper proposes an infrared dim small target detection algorithm based on adaptive lateral inhibition and singular value decomposition (SVD), which has relatively high detection rate and excellent abilities of background suppression and target enhancement.
