The method comprises the following steps of: forming an enclosure, and mounting the enclosure; piling and sinking a caisson; clearing a field and sterilizing; transplanting waterweeds; putting spiral shells; lifting the caisson and stocking; and feeding feed. The method is applicable to development of small water body cultivation tests in a cultivation field to provide the same cultivation natural condition and production environment parallel group, and can guarantee normal molting and growth of the cultivated eriocheir sinensis, so that scientific performance and accuracy of cultivation test results can be guaranteed.
