Comparison of the Internationalization Strategies between Yale University and Harvard University

Although Harvard University and Yale University are both world-class universities with high level internationalization,they adopt different strategies.Yale University adopts the central-planned way,combining long-term goals and short-term strategies and projects.Harvard University adopts the decentralized way,encouraging the faculties' international efforts by professional support while trying to get higher integration under some policies.To review and analyze the strategies of internationalization of the two universities could provide reference to the effective internationalization of universities in China.
