Incentive Policy Model and Decision Analysis of JIT Purchasing for Multi-Suppliers

According to different relations of purchaser and supplier in JIT purchasing,two different game models on a single-purchaser and multi-suppliers in supply chain were built.The algorithm and example for the model are given,and the equilibrium solutions of two models are compared and analyzed.Research indicated that the purchaser's incentive policy can improve his service level effectively,and the purchaser should adopt different incentive policy for different suppliers.
