The cutter has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in design, simple in operation, practical and convenient, and high in precision; after the common drilling work is finished, the cutter is not pulled out, the bolts are rotated, the bolts are screwed on the step surface of a step hole, and the screw rod is rotated for drilling the deep hole again.
