Analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti XY,s.r.o.

Content of this thesis is focusing on cost analysis and their managing in the company XY, s.r.o. This work is complete from two parts. In theoretical part we could find information, which helping us understand the topic. Individual parts content sorting costs, breakeven point and description of basic tools for managing costs for example calculation or budget-ing. Practical part is composed of description of company, cost analysis, separating fixed and variable costs and breakeven point analysis. In the conclusion we could find recom-mendation for the company, which helps with decreasing costs or their effective managing.
