Elevator energy feedback circuit having LCL filtering function

2013
The utility model relates to an elevator energy feedback circuit having an LCL filtering function. The circuit comprises an external three-phase alternating-current power grid power supply, an uncontrollable rectifier bridge module, a frequency converter power module, an elevator traction machine, and a grid-connected inverter, and the circuit further comprises an LCL grid-connected filter, a direct-current bus filtering capacitor, and an isolating diode. External power grid three-phase alternating-current signals are rectified by the uncontrollable rectifier bridge module and then outputted by a direct-current bus. The frequency converter power module, which is connected with positive and negative output terminals of the direct-current bus, conducts the inversion processing of direct-current signals, and then the signals are outputted to the elevator traction machine. Input terminals of the grid-connected inverter are respectively connected with the positive and negative terminals of the direct-current bus, while an output terminal of the grid-connected inverter is connected with an external power grid. The LCL grid-connected filter is connected between three-phase output of the grid-connected inverter and the external three-phase alternating-current power grid. The direct-current bus filtering capacitor is connected in parallel between the positive and negative terminals of the direct-current bus. The isolating diode is connected between a positive pole of the direct-current bus and an input positive pole of the grid-connected inverter. The elevator energy feedback circuit is better no matter from the angles of size and cost or from the angle of filtering effect, and in particular, the elevator energy feedback circuit is better in higher harmonic filtering effect directing at switching frequency.
