The invention relates to a device and a method for testing electric appliance three-dimensional dynamic characteristics based on one camera. The device comprises a high-speed camera, a mirror plane of an optical imaging system, a tested electric appliance, two tested surfaces of a movable part of the tested electric appliance, a computer system and a light illuminating system. The method comprises steps of combining the high-speed camera, the mirror plane of the optical imaging system and the two tested surfaces of the movable part of the tested electric appliance, imaging two visual surfaces of the movable part of the electric appliance clearly on the image plane of one camera, performing dynamic shooting, and obtaining a three-dimensional dynamic characteristic curve of the movable part of the electric appliance. By means of the device and the method for testing the electric appliance three-dimensional dynamic characteristics based on one camera, the three-dimensional dynamic characteristic test can be achieved, test procedures are simple, test accuracy is high, and complex procedures such as manufacture of a calibration board, calibration of the camera and formula evaluation are avoided.
