The invention discloses a connection protector of a special vehicle power source. The connection protector comprises an input power source, a load socket and a solid state relay. A main loop of the solid state relay is connected in series between the input power source and the load socket. The connection protector further comprises a voltage sensor comprising a voltage input end and a voltage output end and a control circuit. The voltage input end of the voltage sensor is connected with the input power source, and the voltage sensor is connected with the load socket in parallel. The control circuit comprises a signal receiving end and a signal transmitting end, the signal receiving end is connected with the voltage output end of the voltage sensor, and the signal transmitting end is connected with the control loop of the solid state relay. Moreover, the signal transmitting end can be connected and output an electrical signal only when the voltage value of the signal receiving end is smaller than a threshold value. When the connection mode of the special vehicle power source is not appropriate, it can be avoided that vehicle-mounted electric appliances and devices are damaged by over voltage.
