The invention discloses a porous ceramic negative pressure slip casting device and a porous ceramic negative pressure slip casting method for preparing a ceramic blank, and belongs to the field of transparent laser ceramic preparation technology. The device comprises a vacuum chamber, a microfiltration membrane and a concave support, and is characterized in that the concave support is cylindrical; the upper end of the concave support is provided with a cylindrical concave groove; the upper end of the vacuum chamber is provided with a cylindrical shrinkage port, while the lower end is closed and frustum-shaped; the middle position of the upper half end of the vacuum chamber is provided with an air extraction hole which is connected with a vacuum pump; the microfiltration membrane is cylindrical, the upper end of the microfiltration membrane is open and the lower end and the periphery of the microfiltration membrane are provided with filtration membranes; the microfiltration membrane is attached to the concave groove on the concave support, so the microfiltration membrane can be placed in the concave groove of the concave support to form a blank space together; and the upper edge of the concave support is adhered and hermetically fixed with an inner lower circular plane of the shrinkage port at the upper port of the vacuum chamber through an adhesive. The forming method comprises the steps of preparing YAG nanopowder, preparing slurry and performing slip casting. The method has the advantages of simple steps, convenient operation and easy realization of high-density blank.
