The invention discloses a preparation method of a quick-dissolving polyacrylamide paper-making dispersing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a solution from 180-280 parts of acrylamide, 120-250 parts of a sodium acrylate solution, 0.5-2 parts of a surfactant, 10-20 parts of an additive and 550-650 parts of deionized water, and properly adjusting the temperature and the pH value, and then transferring the adjusted solution into a reaction kettle; pumping nitrogen gas into the reaction kettle to completely remove oxygen, and adding 0.03-0.06 part of a chain transfer agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-soluble azo-type initiator and 0.08-0.12 part of a redox initiator to arouse a polymerization reaction; granulating a colloidal polymer, obtained after the reaction is finished, with a granulator, drying the colloidal particles at 65-75 DEG C, and then crushing the colloidal particles to obtain the quick-dissolving polyacrylamide paper-making dispersing agent. The quick-dissolving polyacrylamide paper-making dispersing agent has the advantages of being high in dissolving speed and viscosity, good in solubility and dispersion effect, degradation-resistant, nontoxic and the like.
