Some organization questions of intersubject communications in system of school education, integration methodical features of research and design activity of pupils with general educational subject matters are considered. Various forms of such integration, some problems and positive aspects are discussed. Examples of interdisciplinary projects and a form of the organization of design and research groups of pupils are given. It is supposed to offer some creative groups for the solution of interdisciplinary, versatile problems. Association of pupils with various individual tendencies, preferences and interests at creation of such groups allows to combine aspiration of each pupil to the choice and decision of research task from area to which this pupil prefers, with possibility to apply available knowledge in work of solve the problem in other sphere of scientific knowledge.
